ARC Services Company will not share or distribute your personal information to anyone other than the specified thrid parties listed below. ARC does NOT store any financial data, including credit card numbers for our online customers in our databases. Your personal contact information is kept in a secure system and will only be accessed for the purposes of processing your order or helping you with a website-related technical issue, billing inquiry, or other account service. We may also use your email address in order to send you order and shipping updates, as well as occasional promotional messages from ARC only. These promotional messages may be unsubscribed from by the customer at any time.

Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. We will not store your credit card number after your order is placed. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone.

Third parties that may have access to your information:
Our shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, FedEx LTL Freight. Shipping carriers only have access to your information when your order is being shipped through the respective service, and cannot use your information for any other purpose.

Our payment processor, Authorize.net. Our payment processor will keep a limited version of your personal information which facilitates credit transactions such as credits, and voids. Full credit card numbers are not stored in a form that can be viewed by ARC or Authorize.net staff.
